1.3 Authorization and Access:
By submitting your computer hardware for repair, you represent that you are the owner or have the necessary
authorization to authorize the requested services.
You agree to provide any necessary passwords, access
codes, or other credentials required to access your hardware or data.
1.4 Data Backup:
It is your responsibility to back up your data before submitting your computer hardware for repair. We are
not liable for any loss or damage to your data during the repair process.
2.1 Service Charges:
You agree to pay the fees and charges associated with the requested services as agreed upon between you and
Ithink Hardware Solutions.
Fees are based on the type of repair or service provided and any additional
parts
or components required.
2.2 Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon completion of the repair service unless otherwise agreed. We accept various forms of
payment, such as cash, credit cards, or other electronic payment methods.
2.3 Additional Costs:
In some cases, unforeseen circumstances may arise during the repair process that require additional repairs
or replacement of parts.
We will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding with such
repairs.
Warranty and Liability
3.1 Warranty Period:
We provide a limited warranty on repairs and parts installed by Ithink Hardware Solutions. The warranty
period and coverage details will be provided to you at the time of repair.
This warranty does not cover
any
subsequent damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized repair attempts.
3.2 Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, Ithink Hardware Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the services provided,
including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business.
4.1 Ownership:
All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by Ithink Hardware Solutions, including
software, documentation, and any proprietary materials,
remain the exclusive property of Ithink or its
licensors.
4.2 Prohibited Use:
You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any of the intellectual property belonging to
Ithink Hardware Solutions without our prior written consent.
Termination
5.1 Termination by You:
You may terminate your relationship with Ithink Hardware Solutions at any time by ceasing to use our
services.
However, any fees or charges incurred before termination will remain due and payable.
5.2 Termination by Ithink:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for any reason,
including but not limited to violation of these Terms or for maintenance or security reasons.
